On the road, sometimes finding a quick, simple treat for desert is just what is needed at the end of a day. So today, we decided to make Apple Crisp. Well a simple version of it.
So while at the grocery store we saw the following. Along with 5 large apples, and a stick of butter, we were set.
So we start by pealing the apples
With the apples peeled, now it was time to slice them, place them into the 8x8 glass pan, and covering them with the "crisp"
Well after about 10 minutes, we ready to place it int he 375 degree oven to cook until done !!
After about 30 minutes in the oven, and we have desert for the rest of the week. The only question that remains is, who gets the first slice!
